MUNICH, GERMANY: GoMigro, the Immigrant SuperApp, will host its first in-person founders and leaders event in Munich on 18 September. The evening brings together entrepreneurs, community organizers and established professionals who share one thing in common: they built their careers, companies or communities while adapting to life as immigrants.

The event, called Built Between Worlds, runs from 18:30 to 20:00 and is built around a simple rule. Where attendees meet each other through their experiences, their challenges and what they can offer, before anyone knows what's printed on their business card.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF EVENING

Most founder events open with introductions built entirely around résumés: what you do, where you work, what you've raised. GoMigro flipped that for this one. Guests arrive with a name card that leaves out their title and company. In its place, they write down one challenge they're currently working through and one thing they can offer someone else in the room.

GoMigro isn't publishing the full run of the evening in advance. What they will say is that it's built in two distinct halves: one focused entirely on substance, where the room connects on experience and challenges rather than credentials, and a second half where introductions catch up to the relationships already forming.

The organizers are keeping most of the specifics for the people actually in the room, in line with the event's small, curated size. What's public is this: the evening closes with something concrete. Every guest leaves having made one specific, seven-day commitment to someone else at the event, a real next step rather than a stack of business cards.

WHO THE EVENT IS FOR

Attendance is by invitation only. GoMigro is personally reaching out to founders and co-founders of an operating business or startup, people who've launched an MVP, signed on customers or started generating revenue, and repeat founders currently exploring their next venture. The list is kept deliberately small, so the room stays a genuine conversation rather than a crowd.

Built Between Worlds is GoMigro's first step toward closing that gap in Munich: a recurring space where immigrant founders and leaders can trade advice, open doors for each other, and build relationships based on shared experience instead of a transactional pitch.
